the effect is striking and unusual…
My work is predominantly in ‘poor metals’ such as as resins, copper wires, gold bronze, metal wire old silver, embellished with crystals, pearls, opals and semiprecious stones. They are highly experimental, requiring great patience and dexterity to produce and the effect is striking and unusual. They are regularly presented to the press and to specialists in the sector in exhibitions which are always a great success. My collections are sold worldwide, in America, Hong Kong, Japan and Europe, to buyers specializing in fashion and jewellery design.
I also collaborate with designers and pret-à-porter companies, designing and creating entire collections of jewels to compliment clothing.
Besides jewellery, I also make ornamental and practical items for the home which make use of new forms from ancient styles: metal baskets with a medieval flavour and crystal goblets characterised by shrouds and coils of woven copper or silver wire soldered in fixed points. The work is very intense both in design and execution.
